happy anniversary shelby + mike!

March 17, 2025 Sophie Ulibarri

it’s fitting to be celebrating Shelby + Mike’s anniversary on St. Patrick’s Day as we feel so lucky to have been part of their incredible wedding weekend! this group of rockstar vendors came together to bring their beautiful vision to life + we feel grateful to have been part of bringing the magic to life.

when we meet with a couple to talk through their love story + vision for their special day, one of the places we start with is the location. why did they chose this place specifically to bring all their loved ones + friends? we could not have been more inspired by the history, architecture story + gardens of vizcaya property.

the vizcaya estate was built in 1922 for businessman James Denning in Miami, Florida. the architecture of the villa + gardens were influenced by Denning’s world travel + love for the Italian Renaissance. from the invitation to the day of pieces we played off of the historical + architectural details. The trellis dome of the Tea House along with its shape, coloring and movement was a foundational piece that we wove through every piece of stationery. additionally, the designs of the marble flooring in the swimming pool grotto were used on “the fine print” piece of the invitations + again through the day of pieces including the programs + table numbers. the flowers and plants throughout the gardens + wildlife were other inspirational details we played off of, from the vintage stamps we selected for invites to the programs, floral boxes + bar menus.

start scrolling + don’t miss all the details from this incredible celebration! happy 1st anniversary shelby + mike + thank you for the trust in our team to help bring your vision to life!

styling days with brandon kidd photography + chasing stone

November 26, 2024 Sophie Ulibarri

this time of year is always fun for us + though we are busy bees around the studio these days with save the dates and invitations, there is a chance for us to reflect on the past year. it’s hard to put into words how thankful we are for 2024! this year brought some of the most amazing couples along with some incredibly talented creatives that we had the chance to collaborate with from coast to coast! Some of our favorite collaborations took us from the beaches of Santa Barbara and Miami to the streets of New York + everywhere in between. we can’t forget the times we found ourselves internationally from going on safari in Kenya to soaking in the incredible architecture + flavors of Mexico City. we feel so blessed to be part of our clients’ journeys by helping them in forming the identity of their event + sharing their story. the trust our clients put in our creative direction is something we deeply treasure.

we always feel like a little kid on christmas morning when it comes to styling days + sharing the images captured. all of the hard work, planning, anticipation, + excitement all come together to create some magic. these styling days brought us to LA where we had the amazing opportunity to create with Brandon Kidd Photography and Jennifer Kidd with Chasing Stone. both Brandon + Jennifer are wonderful human beings, but also incredible masters of their craft. we left our time feeling so inspired + have been counting down the days to share all the magical images.

it’s no secret that styling is one of our favorite parts of our job + it’s an honor to share some of our favorites along with a couple small tips. we would love to share more, but just like santa, we have to keep a couple tricks up our sleeves ;)

tip #1: investing in quality styling surfaces is super important! when it comes to styling surfaces + backdrops, we could not recommend chasing stone enough. we are always on the road + surfaces that are high quality, durable + travel well are crucial for what we do. we invest so much time in each detail of our pieces that we always look for fabric + hand painted surfaces that will compliment + highlight them seamlessly. we could go on all day about how much we enjoy their craftsmanship, but their work speaks for itself. keep scrolling or head on over to their page to check out all their beautiful options.

tip #2: prop sourcing is a very intentional process. intentional props can allow the product being photographed to really speak. when sourcing items ahead of time, you should consider: shape, scale, shade + sensibility. if the prop satisfies 3 of those 4 elements, it will likely fit well within your composition. in this flat lay below, you will see concentric circular shapes, complimentary color tones, props that do not outshine or outscale the invitation + pieces that all make sense with the overall composition.

tip #3: our go-to consideration when designing a flat lay is “consider the setting”. this couple’s chosen venue, a working flower farm, was our springboard inspiration for this flat lay, particularly with the concept of “in bloom”. floral in this flat lay were strategically arranged to arc around the focus of the flat lay. it works to overlap + integrate the periphery elements in the composition.

happy styling friends! thank you 2024 for all the creativity, joy + magic you brought. cheers to you 2025, we can’t wait to see all the fun you will bring + all the beauty we will get to be part of creating!

natalie + ben- wedding day!

July 5, 2024 Sophie Ulibarri

the wait is finally over!
today we are sharing all about natalie + ben’s incredible wedding day! in case you missed it, natalie + ben were a dream to work with + they took every opportunity to show their family/friends how grateful they were for all of their love + support. between their welcome gifts + turndown gifts each evening, it was their goal to show their guests how much they appreciate them traveling to brush creek ranch to celebrate them. read about their thoughtful gifting here.
the wedding weekend included fun activities across the ranch each day + celebrations each evening leading up to the main event! read more about day 2/ day 3 here! all of this excitement lead to the incredible wedding day filled with thoughtful moments.

before we share about their wedding day, it’s only fair to start at the beginning with their save the dates + invitations. as we always say, we believe our role is to help inform + transform the visual identity of the event by giving guests the first impression of what is to come. we started with the logo/crest design by combining the formal shape of the shield along with rustic elements as a nod to the elevated + refined ranch these chose for their celebration. the symbolism behind their branding is the weaving together of their two separate lives into one by choosing a life forward together. the submarks include a horse + bit and indian paintbrush flower. the vintage approach of the horse + bit is a nod to the bride’s love of animals while the indian paintbrush is wyoming’s state flower. each box save the date contained a vegan leather luggage tag + a monogram bandana wrapped in letterpress paper with the event details.

next up was the stunning box invitations. this box invitation was what dreams are made of with vintage stamps, pillowy letterpress, calligraphy, vegan leather, gold foil + everything in between, no detail went untouched. every detail was aimed at telling the couple’s story- a couple of those details included the french blue color as a nod to the groom’s roots, the numerous horses as a nod to the bride’s equestrian background + the vegan leather pocket for the bride’s love of animals/career. all of this set the stage for an incredible time in wyoming all leading up to the most magical day!

now, for the main event! bringing this incredible vision to life for this wonderful couple along with working with this rockstar vendor team was a dream!

for the ceremony, we were honored to create programs, petal trays + vow books for the couple. the program included deckle paper bound together by hand dyed silk ribbons. the vow books were wrapped in french blue bookcloth + along with the special words of commitment to one another, we included a sentimental quote from two of their favorite authors, a nod to the bride’s love of literature. finally we created acrylic trays with the invitation liner pattern that held paper cones filled with flower petals for the guests to throw during the couple’s recessional.

though we created all these beautiful pieces for the ceremony, our favorite part was the integration of the horses. it was pure magic to see natalie ride out on a horse for the ceremony + then the release of the wild horses behind the ceremony was so breathtaking, it left our team in tears!

following the ceremony, guests moved to cocktail hour for cocktails + canapés. for the full bar front, we installed panels of the mustang pattern we created from the couple’s invitation. the bar included our signature cocktail sign + custom linen cocktail napkins with blue foiling. guests were ushered into the reception area where they were able to find their names + seating assignments on die cut cards in the shape of a vintage horse collar with letterpress print + beautiful calligraphy by kei of haniya calligraphy all displayed in antique french armoires.

following cocktail hour, guests found their seats in the stunning reception area for dinner + speeches. it was so incredible to see their vision come to life: “where the french countryside meets the wild wild west”. for menus, we created denim blue like cloth folios with a pocket for the letterpress floral menus. with a wax seal + calligraphy, these menus were a beautiful touch to each guest’s place setting. our favorite detail we created for the reception were the table markers. written in french, the table markers included a variety of wild horse images on a bookcloth oval backer.

the most epic wedding day wouldn’t be complete without a celestial cowbody disco! truly the most epic night + stunning couple! it was an honor to be part of natalie + ben’s incredible wedding weekend! from invites to wedding day details, we loved weaving their beautiful love story in every detail! this spectacular celebration will go down as one for the ages! cheers to natalie + ben!

natalie + ben- day 1 & 2

March 13, 2024 Sophie Ulibarri

today is the day!
natalie + ben’s wedding celebration was 4 days of absolute magic + we are so honored to have been part of the team to bring their vision to life! in case you missed it, we shared back in December a bit more about their gifting (read it here). natalie’s love language is gifting + no detail was spared to make their friends + family feel at home!

on the blog today, we’re breaking down the first 2 days of their wedding celebration. each day included activities around the ranch for the guests to choose from + an evening filled with a wonderful celebration. after guest’s arrived, night 1 included their welcome party, perfectly themed ralph lauren hoedown. guests enjoyed cocktails + lawn games at the lodge before moving to dinner + dancing. the fun didn’t stop there and guests finished the night off with an afterglow saloon party. we created welcome signage, table numbers, bar menus, dinner menus, bar accessories + a seating chart installation. for the signage, table numbers + seating chart, we used pieces of western fabrics + different shades of denim a nod to the bride’s love of all things equestrian + fashion.

following this incredible night, guests started day 2 with the choice of activities: hiking, biking, yoga or spa day, before ending the evening with the rehearsal dinner at the farm followed by a stargazing party + nightcaps and afterglow celebration. the attire for the evening celebrations was westworld/ elevated western cocktail.

the rehearsal dinner aesthetic was inspired by the wide open skies + lush meadows of brush creek ranch. we worked hard to ensure every texture, color + material used were an nod to the incredible location n+b chose to bring their family + friends. our favorite detail was the seating chart installation. this backdrop was a labor of love with segmented strands of wool + handmade deckled edge paper on dimensional frames, all finished off with full meadow like floral surrounding the bottom. following the rehearsal dinner, guests enjoyed custom s’mores + drinks for the stargazing party. along with custom planispheres, guests were treated to s’mores over the campfire with marshmallows branded with the couple’s monogram + graham crackers printed with the custom equestrian pattern from their invitations. it was the perfect way to wrap up the evening under the stars.

and this is only day 1&2! we cant wait to be sharing more soon from their wedding day + all of the incredible stationery + gifting we got to create for this special couple! more beauty to come friends- stay tuned!

grace + blake

January 28, 2024 Sophie Ulibarri

at the beginning of each year, our team gets together to recap the past year + share our dreams for the year ahead. 2023 was truly magical for our team- we found ourselves all over the world partnering with incredible creatives + bringing the vision to life for the some of the most remarkable clients! we are continually humbled + honored to assist our clients in forming the identity of their event + sharing their story. the trust our clients put in our creative direction is something we deeply treasure.

how do we do that? well, consider us your event storytellers. together with our couples, we make design choices that will both inform + transform their overall event design. our role is distinctively to help form the visual event identity + usher in the celebration. we do this through careful curation of design fundamentals (color palettes, patterns, textures, scents, etc.) + formatting them into an inspiring visual representation (monograms/brands, creative layouts, interactive design, etc.). the pillars that support each of our innovations are craftsmanship, high touch, attention to detail + an authentic approach to each unique client.

this all brings us to grace + blake-
we really enjoyed working with this wonderful couple + were inspired by their book worthy meet-cute. taking the couple’s love for crosswords, board games, books + coffee into account, we created an aesthetic that we dubbed elevated academia.
a couple of ways we brought this aesthetic to life were through the color palette, textures, printing, patterns + postage. 3 details we have to highlight are the crossword printed wooden pockets on both the invitation + details pocket along with the crossword blind deboss on the weekend itinerary cover, the place card mini wrapped books at each seat + the engraved wooden dinner menu cribbage boards.

when it comes to personalizing your stationery, we aren’t into playing games. see what we did there :)
lots of beauty to come in 2024 + we can’t wait to share it all with you soon!

'tis the season of gifting

December 19, 2023 Sophie Ulibarri

with holiday season upon us, gifting seems to be at the forefront of everyone’s minds. we are honored to help with gifting for many of our clients + today we feel it’s only fitting to highlight the amazing gifting for natalie + ben’s incredible wedding weekend.

when the bride’s love language is gifting, you pull out all the stops! n+b’s wedding weekend was truly one for the ages + though we will be breaking down more details from each day soon, we had to share a little bit on the incredibly thoughtful gifting aimed to create an exceptional guest experience for their family + friends. no detail was spared to provide everything needed for their time at the ranch.

upon arrival to the beautiful brush creek ranch, guests were greeted with a canvas welcome bag with the couple’s branding filled with tasty treats, a fun drink kit + glasses, a copper water bottle, a “ranch ready kit”, literature to read, relaxation kits + a week itinerary with activities for each day + a map of the ranch. we spent time curating each piece to include favorite items of the couple along with a nod to the special location they chose to say “i do”.

additionally, guests received a turndown gift in their room along with their turndown service at the end of each day that included special gifts + information on the weather, sunrise/sunset + activities for the following day. the first night, guests received pendleton bandana, hats + custom sweatshirt to wear throughout their stay. the second night turndown gift included macarons- a nod to the groom’s french roots. the final night, guests had warm cowboy cookies + chilled milk waiting for them. every touch was aimed to make n+b’s family + friends as comfortable as possible.

natalie + ben’s incredible wedding weekend was truly a dream for our team! we are counting down the days until we can share a breakdown of each day + all the awe-inspiring details. but for now, start scrolling + maybe you will get some inspiration for your own gifting this holiday season!

ashley + anthony

April 19, 2023 Sophie Ulibarri

ashley + anthony tied the knot a year ago at the beautiful rosewood miramar beach in montecito, california. we couldn’t pass up an opportunity to share more for their incredible wedding weekend, but also wanted to give a behind the scenes look at the backstory of their branding. we spend a lot of time getting to know our couples + creating a brand that best represents them + their unique story. your branding is more than just 2 letters intertwined. it’s an opportunity to say much more. when we presented ashley + anthony with theirs, it quickly became a beloved event icon that made appearances throughout their weekend.

the branding was developed to communicate intentions for a healthy marriage. angular parallel lines play the role of forming the a + a letter structure, but also represent the couple’s relationship: traveling in a matching trajectory, and traveling it together. additionally, both letters are equal in height, representing seeing one another eye-to-eye with mutual respect + honor.

the monogram was the perfect modern touch to balance out the more classic elements + silhouettes in the suite. those took inspiration from their favorite travel destinations + the event property’s stunning wall coverings + art.

Styling Day with Sarah Porter Photography

February 24, 2023 Sophie Ulibarri

styling days are some of our favorite days of the year + this day with Sarah Porter Photography was no different. taking an entire day to block out the distractions + meticulously style a bunch of our recent designs is magical. between playing with the colors, textures, florals + dimensions, we get to bring our designs to life + it is an absolute joy for us!
though we can’t give away all our styling secrets, we wanted to take some time to share a couple today. Here are 3 of our favorite styling secrets:

1) lighting- our 1st tip for styling days is the importance of good lighting. we do most of our styling days during our design season which is mostly in the winter. With limited lighting during the winter months, we recommend doing “practice runs” with props, floral, etc., so you are not wasting your limited prime lighting time to pick out the right set-up during the shorter days.

2) height + dimension- our 2nd tip for styling days is the use of height + creating dimension. we use risers of different heights to break up the design + make certain pieces pop. also, props with height themselves can make a big impact on your styling images.

3) styling surfaces- our 3rd + favorite tip has to be the use of styling surfaces. we use Chasing Stones + truly believe there is no better styling surfaces. they are our go-to option for styling days as well as on-site styling. they are versatile, flexible, durable + beautiful!

now that you know our tips, see them in action! start scrolling + enjoy images from our super fun styling day!

2022- The Year of Blue

January 25, 2023 Sophie Ulibarri

2022 was an incredible year for us- we feel truly honored to have worked with so many amazing clients + awe-inspiring talented creatives! Between growing our team + traveling across the US for day-of design work, we have a lot to be thankful for!

our favorite part has to be the beauty we were part of creating in 2022 with color, shape, dimension + textures. reflecting back on the year, we were most surprised by the amount of clients who chose to incorporate the color of blue into their suite + day-of details. we’re not complaining though ;) whether rustic or romantic, our couples’ use of blue was truly magical.

we’re now deep in the design phase for 2023 + can’t wait to share all the color + trends we are currently seeing. cheers to all that is ahead in 2023!

jess + bret

December 9, 2022 Sophie Ulibarri

we shared a sneak peek over on our instagram of jess + bret’s invites a couple weeks back + we had so many people reaching out asking about the details, we knew we couldn’t pass up a chance to share on the blog. we believe every invitation suite should be unique + every piece of that suite should work to tell the couple’s love story + vision for their big day! jess + bret’s invitation suite was no different + we are excited to dive in + share a breakdown of their beautiful suite.

inspired by the beauty of boulder + the ranch where these two tied the knot, we wanted the invitation to be nature forward, including wood, texture + dimension. with the reception taking place at the flagstaff house restaurant, we also wanted the invitations + day of details to feel clean, open + rustic.

we began with the invitation which was letterpressed + mounted to a piece of wood veneer and finished with cross stitch bindery detail of green hemp cording. the backside of the wood piece featured a linen fiber bookcloth pocket that housed the details booklet + reply cards. the forest green details booklet with gold foil stamping contained all the weekend information including accommodations, travel precautions with altitude, things to do, + wedding website information. all of this was nicely organized in a stairstep formation + bound together with a gold gromet at the top. the two small requests letterpressed booklet included information on RSVPing + informed guests on COVID precautions.

finally the invitations were placed inside a kraft box e-lope with a watercolor liner. Along with the calligraphy addressing, we sourced vintage postage that further told the couple’s story + vision for their big day.

start scrolling + see all the details up close + personal…

stationery doesn’t stop at the invitation, we worked hard to carry the same inspiration + vision into the day of details for j+b big day. from menus to table numbers, each piece was created to continue telling the couple’s story. enjoy!!

installations

November 1, 2022 Sophie Ulibarri

installations have become a big wedding trend for day-of stationery + we have loved being able to produce some fun + unique ones over the years! today we are highlighting 3 types of installations- vertical, tabletop + gifting. have some fun learning about the different types + perusing through some of our favorite installations over the past year!

vertical installations- “low high, look low”

vertical installations are arguably the most popular. we have created many walls + paneled vertical installations over the years + it has been so fun to bring each of our client’s unique vision to life! for taylor + drew’s wedding earlier this year, we created an interactive vertical display with vintage phones + instructions for guests to “call in” for their seating assignment. during cocktail hour, guests would pick up the phone + give their name; a member of our team would be on the other line to give them their table number + details as they moved into the reception tent for dinner.

not only was this installation a fun interactive experience for guests, it was also a nod to the couple’s love story. taylor + drew had to do long distance while dating + part of their relationship’s foundation was built over long phone calls.

tabletop installation- “let’s table this idea”

the second type of installation we are highlighting today is tabletop. tabletop displays like this one (below) can be a great fit depending on the venue, space + event layout. our goal for jess + bret’s tabletop installation was something soft, low profile to fit the space + compliment their ceremony setting. we chose handmade paper with pressed flowers to play off of the ceremony site and calligraphed leather tag with seating assignments. Their tabletop display was a mix of custom wooden displays + stands that felt appropriate given their modern + open layout reception set-up.

gifting installation- “the gift that keeps on giving”

the final type of installation we are breaking down today is gifting. a gifting installation is unique in the fact that it is also the guest’s wedding favor. amanda + daniel chose to gift their guests a custom fragrance for them to take back home. the box included a custom blend of essential oils + a wooden diffuser. guests found their seats for the evening while also receiving a gift that will act as a beautiful reminder of this fun evening for months to come.

we have lots of beauty to share from the past year, so stay tuned friends! there’s more where this came from…

Happy Anniversary Lindsey + Tyler

September 1, 2021 Sophie Ulibarri
LindseyTylerMorganWedding_LFP0005_websize.jpg

We are beyond thrilled to be sharing Lindsey + Tyler’s stunning Aspen wedding today in honor of their anniversary! As a stationer, you get the pleasure of working with incredible couples + vendors, but when one of your favorite planners asks you to collaborate on her own wedding, it is something beyond magical! Lindsey is a wonderful friend and talented creative- her vision was swoon worthy + we were honored to help bring it life! It was no surprise to us when their incredible wedding was featured on Brides earlier this year- please sure to check it out!

L+T’s invitation suite was over the top with texture, choice taste in style, attention to detail + of course, the color blue. The invitation backer was wrapped in a French blue cotton book cloth with custom branding that carried its way through their wedding weekend. The entire suite was letter pressed and wrapped in a custom dyed silk ribbon that kept it all together.

LindseyTylerMorganWedding_LFP0025_websize.jpg

Between the wedding welcome boxes, escort card display, bar menus, place cards, signage, table numbers and more, we were honored to create so many small details that brought this vision to life.

Our favorite detail was the escort card display backed by the same French blue book cloth as the invitations. Each guest’s name and table number card were attached with a white monogrammed wax seal + included a bleached skeleton Aspen leaf. COVID-19... Soon We will be Dancing in the Streets

April 4, 2020 Sophie Ulibarri
sophie_styling0003.jpg

With the spread of COVID-19, we have all been affected in many ways. Our hearts go out to so many that are struggling physically, mentally, financially and spiritually during this difficult time. This unprecedented time in our history has had an impact on our event + hospitality industry as well. To zoom in even further, we are experiencing its effects in the stationery niche specifically + wanted to illuminate some of those areas from our unique perspective.

It has been a bit of a domino effect since COVID-19 started to spread back in January. Paper mills began closing down across the world and/or limiting hours based on worker’s safety. Because of this, our distributers have had less inventory to offer + even though we'd pitched a certain stock, texture, color, or size, the limit in supply has proven accommodating those concepts increasingly more difficult. As the virus continues to grow, we are struggling to find the correct envelopes, postage, ribbon, etc for our clients. Shipping + deliveries are seeming to be delayed, making clients wait longer for their completed orders to arrive. Lastly, our work flow + production calendars have been daily adjusting as the need for postponement announcements + informative collateral has taken priority over contracts that are choosing to trudge on, or that are slated for 4th quarter.  Since March, the virus has become crippling to some businesses within our industry, with news of postponements + cancellations - affecting cash flows, staff employment, and event rent/lease agreements.

Currently the name of the game has been flexibility - whether that's with supplies, project timelines, deliveries + postage, to even where we conduct business (our studio is currently under construction + my kitchen island/table has become our workspace).  The important take away is that we are still committed to serving our clients to the best of our abilities + sticking with them through postponements, even those to 2021. We are committed to our community as well; to help in any way we possibly can during these strange times. We recognize that though we are a small cog in a big wheel, our goal has always been to bring joy, beauty + creativity to the world, now more than ever.

These are strange times, + although we are all feeling it, we want to challenge you to remain flexible + to shift your perspective to one of opportunity, not of cost. I look around at a lot of waste from COVID19, but I believe I have seen positive things come from them as well. More time spent with family. More intentionality in relationships + connectedness. More community support, whether for international causes or for local support initiatives. Before this mess, some of us may have been saying "I would do this if I had more time". Well, we have it now. We are all in this together + it's all about how we handle it. We can do that in complete isolation, or we can do that together. We are so incredibly thankful for all of the essential workers who are putting their lives on the line each day including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, grocery store workers, truck drivers, delivery workers, EMTs, firefighters, police officers + so many more.

Friends, this too shall pass + soon we will be dancing in the streets!

we’re back! we took a little bit of a blogging hiatus to celebrate the holidays + wrap-up 2019. our 2019 was incredible + filled with so many wonderful clients! we have BIG things ahead in 2020 + can’t wait to share them all with you soon!

one of the highlights of our 2019 season was brooke + landon’s wedding weekend at the broadmoor. these two valued each detail + added so many unique touches! first, we were obsessed with their color palette from the very beginning! we wove this color combination through each piece of stationery from their invites to their day of details. our favorite part of their day of details had to be the custom photo escort card display we installed. this was a labor of love, but we couldn’t be more excited about how it all turned out! what a fun way to honor each of your guests + recognize what they have meant in your lives. finally, what party is complete without a frosé bar! be sure to scroll through all of the beautiful details brought together by sarah viera events + this incredible team of vendors.

congratulations brooke + landon! we loved working with you + are so excited for all that is ahead in this next chapter of your beautiful love story!

how can it already be november? these past couple of weeks have zoomed by + we are counting down the days until thanksgiving + christmas! during this time of year, we always take a moment to reflect. we had the most incredible group of clients this past year + are so excited about what 2020 has to offer!

today we wanted to reflect on one of absolute favorites of 2019! ellie + max were truly dream clients for us! they trusted us with their vision + we worked hard to bring it to life from their invitation to the day of details. we even had to give a shoutout to the furriest member of their family, bleecker, by including a custom sketch on their weekend field guide!

for the day of details, our favorite part was the custom vow books we created for e+m. we absolutely adore this trend as it recognizes the sacredness of those importance words + the weight of this incredible commitment you make to one another!

start scrolling + enjoy all the incredible photos from rachel havel photography! she truly captured the love, warmth + joy of this dreamy day- cheers to you ellie +max! thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day!

brittany + james

it’s no secret that we love what we do + we absolutely love working with clients from coast to coast! we also love collaborating with vendors from all over the country who come together to make someone’s big day incredibly special! one of our favorite planners we have the pleasure of working with is Habitat Events out in Montana! They truly work with some of the most wonderful couples who have incredible visions for their wedding day - brittany + james were no different!

we started with their letterpress save the dates! between the vintage stamps, calligraphy, watercolor envelope liner + the custom monogram, this save the date set the tone for an incredible wedding weekend! For j+b’s stationery, we were inspired by the gorgeous moon light basin lodge + the incredible views that surrounded it! we looked to include this backdrop into each piece of the stationery from the save the dates, to the invitations, and finally to the wedding day details including the table numbers, programs and signage.

Phd Graduation Party

we truly do love our weddings, but we couldn’t have been more excited when nicole, with hey! party collective, reached out to us about this phd graduation party! celebrating a graduation is a big deal at any age, but getting a doctorate in philosophy deserves a huge celebration!! each detail was centered around this fun couple + the incredible accomplishment they wished to share with family + friends.

mike + kelley are quite the wine connoisseurs as well + we wanted to incorporate that passion into each detail. from the escort card wine wall to the monogrammed favors to the cork paper we used on the dinner + bar menus, no detail was too small! with an accomplishment of this magnitude, every family member has to be part of the celebration- we even included a sketched of the family dog + put it on cocktail napkins for the bar + appetizers.

congratulations mike on the incredible accomplishment + thank you for including us in your special celebration! cheers to more wonderful events with exciting visions + creative details!
