julia + shasin- denver reception

2019 has been a crazy year for us around here! ever since getting back from Engage, we have been busy bees! between consultations, designing, assembling, meetings, installations + styled shoots, we have hit the ground running in the new year. 2018 was a wonderful year for us, filled with incredible clients + amazing new projects that challenged + stretched us! One of our absolute favorites couples from last year was julia + shasin! we are so thrilled to be finally sharing about their Denver reception today!

julia + shasin tied the knot in udaipur, india in march + celebrated with a reception back in denver in may. these two are tons of fun + creating stationery for both celebrations was a total blast! along with the invitation suite created for their reception, we created handwritten menus, an itinerary, bar menu, coasters and a gigantic crossword puzzle. the gigantic crossword puzzle was our favorite day of detail as guests filled it out based on clues about the incredible couple + their big day. we could go on + on about how incredible this night was, but we will let the pictures speak for themselves!

Caroline + Jon

With all the snow and freezing temperatures this month, we have been dreaming of sunshine and outdoor summer weddings. Caroline and Jon's wedding was full of so much warmth  and that's not just because it was on a gorgeous day in August! As we dream about warmer weather + summer nights, we wanted to share about this wonderful couple + their beautiful wedding day!

From the moment we met this wonderful couple, we could tell how much they loved and cared for one another. They wanted to include special touches for their big day from their custom invitations to their reception details. They wanted each detail to share their love story with their guests who traveled near and far to celebrate their Big Day. One of our favorite parts was the signs that hung on the pathway between their ceremony site and reception location. Each was a sketch with a description of a significant place in their relationship. Now those pictures hang up in their house as a reminder of the times + places that have brought them to the place they are today.

Dreamy Blanc Styled Shoot

Happy Monday! We just couldn't wait any longer to share more images from this styled shoot!

We love working with other talented vendors to create a specific vision and this one was definitely no exception! Amy Caroline had a gorgeous vision for this styled shoot- romantic, soft + timeless. We love having the freedom to create something unique and different for styled shoots.

For this shoot we couldn’t get enough of the textures! From the deckled edges to the wax seals and silk ribbon, we created each stationery piece with small details that would be tied back to the central vision. We are beyond excited about how this one turned out and the incredible images captured by Amy Caroline Photography!

Escort Card Display Inspiration

Happy Summer!! We can’t believe it’s already July- this summer has been flying by for us! It’s probably due to the fact that this year has been crazy busy! Our studio has been abuzz with new clients & new projects! We can’t wait to share more of all we have been up to! Today we are taking some time to write about escort card displays and sharing some photos of our recent work as inspiration! We always get couples that are struggling to come up with ideas and are tired of spending hours searching on Pinterest. This is where we come in! Below are some of our favorite escort card displays to get those juices flowing!

Before you start scrolling, here are a few little hints to keep in mind when choosing your escort card display:

• Location, Location, Location- Where you are choosing to tie the knot is key! Mountain weddings are a great place for Aspen Leaves while Four Season Weddings call for something a little more sparkly- Cheers!
• Consider the Elements- If your wedding is outside, do your planner a favor and keep in mind gusts of wind ;)
• Guest Count- Take into account the number of guests attending. The larger the wedding, the more escort cards and space needed for your display.
• 2 for 1 Deal- If you are giving out favors at the wedding, it can be fun to include them in your escort cards display. Jars of honey and little bags of coffee beans are fun favors and can double as an escort card with the guest's name and table attached.

Though some of our work below was created as place cards, just add a table number and ta-da you have a beautiful escort card :) Enjoy!
