we always take into account the setting of a couple’s chosen day. lake tahoe provides no shortage of inspiration. the couple’s story also drives our design decisions. we chose to represent amanda + daniel’s personalities in our color selections. amanda’s portion was with crimson to symbolize her recent triumph over a heart condition that nearly kept her from her wedding day. daniel’s portion was with camel - a steady + adaptable hue symbolic of his reliable companionship throughout their relationship.

other symbolism included a dupioni silk ribbon pinned around the invitation. it was both a functional way of closing the suite + a representation of mending + healing. the couple’s traditional monogram, shown with a classic foil cameo, harkens to a life intertwined.
